Regarding connecting GP VTS with MY GP app
Sorry as it is a long message:
I have gp vts with my car. I do get the bill every month via sms and email. But the thing is i cannot tag this number with MY GP app or even i cannot know its current recharge update. The thing is i usually pay my bill through City Touch (City Bank Internet banking). But whether it actually recharged or not, i always remain in confusion till the next bill. Once it happened that my bill was not updated and hence my gp vts service was off. So the thing is, i use MY GP app with my personal mobile number to review my recharge status but with GP VTS number i don't have any way to verify.
I know you can obviously help regarding this as you are THE GRAMEENPHONE. Nothing is impossible for you guys. So please again make me amazed with a solution. And if there is no current solution then you can implement this idea without any doubt. I believe all gp vts customers will be happy regarding it.
An idea: if an active GP number/sim is required for verifying in MY GP app, maybe you can make a new field for VTS where customers can put their vts number and a sms will be sent to the authorized gp number which is tagged with the gp vts number.
Something is missing.
The app is very useful and is very efficient. A very good initiative from Grameenphone but something is missing. Why not add a support to gift a certain package of choice to a friend or someone in need. Why not add a support to share bundles with others. It would be very useful. Please introduce new features like more attractive offers and deals. Can’t wait to see this app develop. It’s a well built app please take it further into development. Thank you.
Prepaid to Postpaid Myplan
Though I’m seeing Myplan 250 & 160 in my eligible Plans, I can’t migrate to those as it prompts “Invalid Input. NID”. Even though I haven’t asked or inserted any information about NID. There were only info about address and email id options that I was asked to Input. Even contacted Support and they assured me more than once that I can migrate from MyGP app. And after several attempts, clearing cache, recharging worthless 400tk deposits then received call from 121 that “ I’VE TO GO TO NEAREST CUSTOMER CARE” What a “JOKE”. If it’s not possible there should not be any option in the first place.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
