Having trouble managing your photos and videos?
If you use MyPics, you can freely organize the photos and videos you take with your iPhone/iPad. Please try it if you're not satisfied with the default photo app! MyPics is used by 2,500,000 users.
■ Create and organize albums, and choose your preferred design
With MyPics, you can freely create albums, and add photos and videos. You can set your favorite photo as the album cover, and choose a design for the app from 45 different themes.
■ Calendar view is supported
You can see all your photos by calendar view. How many photos did I take in this month? What did I do last year on this day? This app reminds you of the precious memories.
■ Original data won't be modified.
With MyPics, when you import photos or videos from the Camera Roll, it saves the original, unmodified data. Exif data like time stamps and geocoding will be stored as is and can be shared over iTunes or transferred to your PC.
■ Secure data set up
The photos and movies taken from your camera roll are saved using original data. Time stamp and location information included in Exif data along with the original file name are available. In addition, data imported into the app will be automatically backed up online using Dropbox! (You can also easily transfer original photos stored in the app using file sharing through iTunes)

Good, Some Limitations
Much better than the Photo app that comes with my iPad. Editing and organization are superior. We work with a LOT of pics in our business and this has been a must for us. While you can email pics directly out of the app, we can not get the Apple mail app with Gmail or Spark to talk to it. Tech support couldn't help. Also, can not get the camera app to send pics directly to it. So, we have to transfer pics back and forth frequently which is very awkward. Also, can't save pics from incoming email directly to it. Of course it is free so can't complain too much. And it is better than Apple's Photo app by far. If they would make it more compatible with the other apps, especially, email apps, I'd happily pay a fair price for it. Try it. You'll probably like it.
The best I've found
I am an image hoarder, and too often my collections have done me no good whatsoever because after awhile I couldn't find anything. This is the answer for me. The fact that I can also backup to my Dropbox account removes any concerns that my organization efforts could be lost.
I wish there was further levels for files within files but beyond that I'm completely satisfied.
*my first review, written in the first week of my using the app was 4 stars. I'm replacing that review with this one after using the app for several weeks on my iPad Pro and giving 5 stars because it has exceeded my expectations. I hope to continue using it indefinitely.
I hate the way Apple maintains photos on my iPhone and I hate my camera roll getting clogged up and I hate that while you can create albums if you delete a photo from your camera roll it also deletes it from the album. So what's the point of albums? With this app I can sort my pictures into albums and then delete them from my camera roll. You can only save a certain number of pictures for free - I forget how many now. But it was only a few dollars to upgrade and to me it was worth it.
