Great app!

I love this app; it has great features and even a meal plan you can have delivered to your email weekly. Great idea.
On the website, there are actual recipe videos that are so easy to follow and really tasty (and I’m super picky). You receive a clean eating guide with your membership. It has some recipes, which were very helpful. You can have a reminder on your phone that reminds you to enter what you’ve eaten at each meal.
It also has a way to track your water intake.
It also has a barcode scanner, which is so helpful.
On the main screen, it has a little pie chart of how many carbs/fat/protein you have ingested and how many calories for each meal.
It also has an exercise tab with short workouts.
I wish the main screen included vitamin intake, i.e. calcium, magnesium, iron, ect. I had a diet app one time that rated foods by how healthy they were with a letter grade; I kind of wish it included something like that. I also wish you had access to a coach via text; at one time, I had an app that did that as well. Also, I don’t see a place to write a note for the day, i.e. “sick today”, “day with friends”, “date night”, ect.
Overall, though, this is a super awesome app with lots of resources; I highly recommend it.

Not bad

Just starting out the app is nice and somewhat easy to use. On some menus you get the option to put in your own food other menus not. I have yet to figure out which ones get them. It is a nice Orion though. The data base is good but it is user submitted so double check.

The search feature is lacking. I can search land o lake and find mini moo but I can’t find it searching mini moo.

Finding how to set your calorie goals is not intuitive but now that I found it I really like the app.

Also when people are trying to loose weight advertising Wendy’s burgers is rather rude.

Hi there! You can adjust your calorie goals easily. Tap the silhouette icon in the upper left corner of the app's home screen. Tap your profile picture. From this screen, you can change your Weight Goal and Activity Level as needed, and your Calorie Goal will change automatically. Or create your own goal by tapping "Calorie & Macronutrient Goals", and then "Calorie Goal". Toggle the button next to Automatic to the off position, then enter the goal you want.
