Also, you can track and report power outages in your neighborhood and check status and estimated restoration times, all in the palm of your hand.

This is for outages only. Not for billing.
PSE should've named this app "PSE outage map" instead. With the current naming it implies you can do other functions like billing, viewing statements, usage, etc. It may be possible that PSE will eventually build those features into this app hencing the naming. But for the time being, this is just to see and report outages, which I find incredibly useful as it makes it easier to report. Download this so you can easily report outages. The more that are reported the quicker PSE will come to your area. Don't assume someone else will report it.
Functionality needs more work
Glad to see mobile payment but it’s ridiculous to require “authentication “ by entering my password to make a payment when I just logged into the website. Also future updates should include same main website functions that allow scheduling payment and app should already have my saved payment options like website as well. I don’t want to have to enter my payment info, it’s already on file. I like my ATT app because it provides the payment conveniences I have mentioned. Keep going your heading in the right direction.
After 4 neighborhood outages this year, I've used this app a lot. I've easily reported each outage as soon as it happened. Then I track the repair crews that are close to my neighborhood and I get an idea of how long it will take for them to get to my area. Then the app tells me when they start working and how long the repair could take. It is so helpful to have this info. Thanks PSE.
