Doesn't allow multiple payments
I have more than one child, but the app only lets me submit one payment at a time, thus I was charged $1.95 per transaction! I usually login via the website, and update the accounts all at once, getting charged for only one transction fee. However, the website is not responding (how convenient) to clicks on "make payment" nor "auto replinish" nor even "log out"! I tried through three different browsers, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Safari.
Until you can fix the app to allow a parent to replinish more than one accont at a time, your rating stays at one star (and doesn't even deserve that)!
We need a fix
Ever since I updated a few months ago, on several occasions I have inadvertently added funds to the wrong child because the app does not default to the child I'm trying to add to when I click on his name. So then I must add more funds to the correct child, thus being out of more money. I know I can call the school cafeteria and transfer money but then that's not convenient and they have enough to do. Please fix. Thank you.
I usually use the website but recently downloaded the app. I had no issues compared to all the reviews I read. It worked just fine. I’m not thrilled with the service fee as most but what site doesn’t charge a fee for the convenience anymore.
