Absolutely perfect
We began with paper shift cards and the cumbersome nonsense that is new innovations. This app does all the stuff you wanted to do from an emergency residency point of you. This puts your feedback in real time, documents progression of the resident and procedures. The company is so very willing to customize for your residency. Worth every cent.

This is an incredible app for use in providing easily accessible, real-time, valuable feedback to learners. I use it almost every day when working with residents in clinic, inpatient wards, and the OR.
