I’ve read all these negative reviews & I honestly feel like those people have NEVER used them at any of the destinations they r offered at. Our last Vegas Vacation we didn’t pay for 1 meal. We ate FREE 4 10 days & that’s eating at the MGM Buffet 4 SEVERAL meals (At least 2 meals a day). We also ate at other MGM properties that the game offers “deals” to. We’ve also used it before that, but we didn’t use it 2 the magnitude we used it on our last vacation. YES, sometimes the good deals go fast, but usually they change daily. If U know that U r gonna b n Vegas redeem the deals U want. U have 90 days 2 use the food deals & the hotels U have 30 days. If they have blackout dates, use the rewards on or b4 the days. They won’t have blackout dates 4 a whole vacation. If U want 2 b crafty & save money, this is the app 4 U. We play these games regularly & when we are planning a Vegas Vacation, we step it up. We know & understand what deals the games offer & the money we will save by playing & using the perks the games offer. People need 2 give the game a chance & try using it while n Vegas. I know that their opinions of the game will change.

Collect for days & weeks every 2 hours to build up a billion chips & loose them all in a matter of an hour!!! This game is so rigged for them to win all your chips if you buy them just to try & get you to spend more! If your dumb enough to spend your money then I guess you deserve to loose it. I have been playing for months now & have spent so much time trying to collect two hour bonuses & daily bonuses all to loose it in that short period every time! Wish I would of not wasted my time at all!!! WHAT A JOKE!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!! I don’t need to write a review about what’s great, all of the higher star reviews will tell you that. But they need to know areas of opportunity.
First are the rewards. Anything interesting is consistently sold out, seemingly never replenishing the new lower quantity of 10 (I’ve had the app for a while and the available quantity has gone down over the years). I have over 150,000 coins wasting away because it’s is not worthwhile to a customer to get 2/1 drinks or a “free” entree with a $100 minimum spend. The offers are just not that interesting and, the ones that are, as I said, always sold out. Leverage your partnership with the properties more, it’s a severe dissatisfaction point in the customer journey. Oh yeah, also restricting rewards based on geographic location is a crock. Consistent locals money and are willing to deal with the strip = droves of tourists. Recognize it because you’re purposefully ignoring a major market segment. Second revolves around this shift to an awkward tiered bet mechanism. What happened to simply tapping the + to increase the bid and unlocking jackpots, etc.? Complicated the game unfortunately, not to mention the jump between the four or five tiers are ridiculous. Six million, really? Lol ok.
TL;DR - This app is a waste now as the good rewards are not replenished anymore and always sold out and the game has become more complex, complicating the simple fun it used to be

I don’t need to write a review about what’s great, all of the higher star reviews will tell you that. But they need to know areas of opportunity.
First are the rewards. Anything interesting is consistently sold out, seemingly never replenishing the new lower quantity of 10 (I’ve had the app for a while and the available quantity has gone down over the years). I have over 150,000 coins wasting away because it’s is not worthwhile to a customer to get 2/1 drinks or a “free” entree with a $100 minimum spend. The offers are just not that interesting and, the ones that are, as I said, always sold out. Leverage your partnership with the properties more, it’s a severe dissatisfaction point in the customer journey. Oh yeah, also restricting rewards based on geographic location is a crock. Consistent locals money and are willing to deal with the strip = droves of tourists. Recognize it because you’re purposefully ignoring a major market segment. Second revolves around this shift to an awkward tiered bet mechanism. What happened to simply tapping the + to increase the bid and unlocking jackpots, etc.? Complicated the game unfortunately, not to mention the jump between the four or five tiers are ridiculous. Six million, really? Lol ok.
TL;DR - This app is a waste now as the good rewards are not replenished anymore and always sold out and the game has become more complex, complicating the simple fun it used to be
