Customer Reviews

Keeps me in check

So I love water, but when running around the house cleaning and chasing toddlers it's easy to forget the wonderful iced water waiting for me on the counter. So, I enjoy this app cause you can set reminders(so I remember to drink or log what I have drank). I also like how you can change to ozs instead of cups a day(cause I use a protein cup, it's 24oz and my doc says 84oz for me a day, health reasons). It's fast and easy and that's all I need, I need an app to just do the one thing I need so I don't get sidetracked and look at if I ate enough protein for the day and such. Instead, it's just water and done. I like the little accomplishments 😀

Should count ounces...

The "amount" you are drinking does not change with the ounces (8oz vs. 12oz). In other words, regardless of whether you choose 8oz or 12oz...it still takes "8" swipes to fill the cup - which normally would suggest 64 oz. Ummmm...last I checked 12oz x 8 "drinks" = 96 oz vs the recommended 64 oz. In the MyPlate app, the water section calculates correctly...using ounces to fill the cup, therefore 12 oz fills the cup faster - makes sense. Since the app is incorrectly tracking your intake, for me, it gets 1 star. Crazy they didn't catch this flaw, because without this added app, the MyPlate app calculates perfectly...by ounces. I know, a little extra water won't hurt you, who cares if you drink 8/12 oz cups of water instead of 8 cups. True. But if you are going to the trouble of making another app and have it sync with the original, why not get it right?

Helped me so much!

I adore this app. It really helped me to boost my water intake. I find it easy to use and so, so helpful! I love the feature where you can enter custom container sizes, as I was able to enter the water bottle that I drink from every day! I highly recommend this! And, to the bad reviews due to the "mpoints," you can easily turn them off if you don't want to participate. Although, I like them! They're a nice incentive to drink more water, and you can donate points to different charities!
