One of the best, a bit overwhelmed now
This application has been my favorite, as they give you the option of shops & what to do if items not found. They also let you talk the shopper & driver through text or phone while they are handling your service.
The only issue is with the current high demand they are making a few mistakes with items and it's hard to find a delivery slot, I think they are overwhelmed and I hope they get a handle on it before it becomes a big problem.

Horrible, bad, atrocious.
Horrible! Worst customer service ever. Never wrote a review, but this app is so terrible I had to! They canceled my order on the same day it was supposed to be delivered when I’ve been waiting 4 days to receive it.
When I ask them about the sudden inexplicable cancellation (mind you, it’s absolutely hard to get in contact with them, and all they mostly give is ambiguous, general statements as if you’re talking to a bot) they said it’s due to the high volume of orders. Well, are you delivering my things at a later time? The answer was simply no. How rude. How utterly and absolutely awful this app is. Never ever again will I be using it.
أسوأ برنامج تعاملت معه من ناحية خدمة العملاء، كنسلوا طلبي بعد انتهاء وقت الاستلام المحدد مع ان صار لي ٤ ايام انتظره، وباليالله تواصلت معهم وبعد الرد قالوا كنسلنا عشان عندنا ضغط، طيب ليه تقبلوا فوق طاقتكم؟ ماكان في رد، اوكي هل توصلون طلبي في وقت آخر؟ كان الجواب بكل برود لا! صراحة خيبة أمل مستحيل استخدمه مره ثانية.
WORST APP!
Guys avoid this app at all costs! The worst management they’re so UNPROFESSIONAL.
I have paid the price of the order but since the bank transaction takes from 1-2 days the driver kept asking me for it and I showed him the receipt but NANA kept sending him back to MY HOUSE knowing and calling spamming me with messages and calls for the payment when i have showed them the receipt and the amount have been discounted from my bank account. They harass you using your location and never leave you alone. They are so unprofessional and they have assaulted the driver by doing so to make him stand outside for nothing and not pay him because the payment takes days. Disgusting unprofessional and the surprising part it is not only me and it is not the first time.
Never use this app.
