3. Adding privacy to user thought journal. The user now able to set who can see their thought journal.
4. Shorten when adding unhelpful thought journal by clicking "No" to proceed to the details.
5. See what the dietitian thought about the user food journal, there is a rating of the food the users posted.
6. The users are now able to track their waistline by adding it on the progress screen.
