The Allied Mobile App delivers service that’s quick and easy to access. Members can download the Allied Mobile App and use it to:

•Pay Your Way - Make a payment on your personal or commercial policies.

•Access Digital ID Card Information - View and store digital ID card information without need for a connection*

•Know Your Coverage - View your policy information including vehicle information, payment status, payment dates and account balances.

•Start a Claim – Lets you begin a claim with a single touch call or easily submit your claim by taking pictures, capturing details and sending the information to the Allied Claims department. You can also send claim information via email to yourself or others.

•View Claims - Look up information on current and previously submitted claims.

•Connect With Your Agent – Your agent’s contact information is right at your fingertips -- you can even get directions and a map to their location and save their details to your contacts.

•Contact Roadside Assistance – Easy access to call us when you get stranded. We can provide you help when you need towing, a jump start, fuel or fixing a flat tire.

•Initiate Accident Help – We provide you with one touch calling when you need us most and an accident checklist to aid you in gathering important information.

•Manage Your Account - Sign up for account access and retrieve your username or password.

If you aren’t a member, you can still learn and interact with Allied by reading about us or contacting the company.

A good start

Good information here for the most part. Would like to be able to dig in and see more of the coverages listed on my policies in addition to the basic liability, etc. Only one name appears as insured on digital cards - that definitely needs to change. Also, the design leaves a little to be desired, but that's understandable as the nuts and bolts are getting worked out. The Allied logo at the top in particular is strangely low-resolution for me...

But overall, thank you for starting development on a convenient app.


Excellent idea but need improvements

Is great for a single policy but not perfect for multiple accounts.
First, the policies are listed by policy numbers which is difficult to memorize them, you need to open the policy ti know which is which. When you get back, the list moves making it difficult to come back to it. Easily you can pay the wrong account.
When you pay one account, the list changes its sorting.
Wishes: let us to add a nickname to the main list.


Needs extension support

Please add the 1Password app extension, that would make logging in so much easier. I would also like to not have to log in every time I open the app, but if 1Password's extension was implemented that would not be such a big deal.

Overall I always have a good experience when I use the app, but I believe with my suggestions my experience would be even better.
