Doesn't even start.
Cannot activate lite version on start. It cannot work w/o activation. That's it.
Amateur interface but somewhat usable
This has easily the worst interface on any iPhone app I’ve actually used (presumably standards are lowered for regionally specialized apps like this), but I eventually managed to get most of the core functionality to work. It seems to be the best option; I couldn't get its only apparent competitor to work for anything but the display of my immediate location. A word of warning: The app displays street names in Russian, but street signs are in Ukrainian, which are sometimes (e.g. Red Army Street) substantially different.
