Just what I was looking for
I've been looking for a workout routine other than the typical "go to the gym and get pumped 6 days a week" garbage, and also with considering a future in specials forces the daily trainer program in this app and all the different workouts and tutorials are awesome, it will deff push you! But it hits all the parts of fitness you need. Well worth the $15. If you stick to it and push yourself through, you'll will get where you want to be! Deff recommend to others
