This is the new mobile banking application for NBC Oklahoma. Use it to take care of all your banking needs with us. Using the app, you can:
• Check available balances
• Pay your bills
• Make deposits via your mobile device
• View transaction history
• Get your balance instantly
• Transfer funds between accounts
• Set notification alerts
• Find ATMS and branch locations

It includes Touch ID support for mobile devices. Once you download the app, follow instructions on the touchscreen to connect your account to the NBC Oklahoma Banking App.
You must be an online banking customer to access accounts. Sign up at nbc.bank. Carrier text or data charges may apply.

I liked NBC’s first app MUCH better!

Besides the fact that this app does not do half the stuff your first app did it has been nothing but trouble. It always seems to have issues. Now it won’t let me log in. When I open the app it immediately says I’m not connected to the Internet. I have checked my utilities and my app is turned on. I have turned my phone off and back on this does not work. I have deleted the app and reinstalled the app which also did not work. I have talked to the bank and they are not very helpful. The only way I can use the app is if I am on Wi-Fi. That’s kind of worthless since I am very rarely around Wi-Fi when I actually need the app. I would think in today’s technology that you guys could come up with a better app. When you compare it to other banks this one is horrible.

We are so sorry you’re having trouble with NBC’s app. We are working hard to get any bugs worked out and updates made to integrate more features within the app. We appreciate customers like you telling us what types of problems they are having so that we can get them fixed. It sounds as if something may be turned off on your phone preventing you from being able to connect to the app through your phone since you are able to connect from other devices. Have you checked with your cellular carrier to see if they could see anything that may be preventing you from connecting to our app? If you have already checked with your provider, is it possible for you set up a time to go to the nearest NBC location with your phone so that we can see what is going on? We want to help you get this fixed. Please call us at 1-800-590-2580 to set up an appointment or we will be more than happy to try and help you over the phone again if coming into a branch is not possible.

I love NBC bank they've always been extremely good about helping me with anything I need to know about my account. With the old website I could see how much I would be receiving the day before my paycheck would deposit, when my payments for my credit lines would be coming out of my account, and where and how I was spending my money. Unfortunately, not only is the app lacking most of these items, so is the new website. I will be going back to withdrawing my money from the atms and using a small book to keep track of my money, because of the unreliability of the new site and this app.
