I am so thankful for this app
I kept seeing a add pop up on Facebook and thought it’s another membership type thing. I was just about to give birth and was counting the days to get back to the gym. But realized the gym I go to dosnt have a daycare and I wouldn’t find a good hour in the day I could sneak away and get a workout in due to work schedule and gym hours conflicting. So I saw this again after my 4 week check and surgery and they gave me the clear to workout since I was doing so well. So I downloaded praying it wouldn’t be to expensive and I could do it at home. To my surprise Christmas cake early for me they had all my favorite workouts and they have a post prenatal workout!!!!! So I can start there and build up! I am beyond excited and it’s all free!!!! Please don’t ever go anywhere u are my new favorite app. Thank u for whom ever invented this app and made it possible. I will be advertising the heck out of this on my social media sites!!! I am not a person who is in shape anymore. But this app I will be soon. As a mom of two gym time is hard to come by. This Is amazing because it’ll actually cast to your smart TV. Which really does help in the whole home gym thing. Also no matter what your mood is there is a class for you. No matter what your stage in fitness is there is a class for you. I would love and recommend this app to anyone whether you’re just starting out getting in shape, trying to get back in shape, or already in shape and just looking to add something more this is the one for you
Best Workout App Ever
This is the best app I’ve ever used for working out!!! There’s yoga , live feeds , and regular workouts some are 45 min some are 30 min , just perfect. It feels like I’m in the class with all the people , the instructors are amazing , my heart rate goes up after 7 minutes of just warmups. I am glad I clicked on the Instagram add I saw of this app!! I would recommend 100%!!
