Almost perfect!
Overall I really like this app. Let's face it, the fact that there is an app that pairs via Bluetooth with my Nespresso machine is simply amazing!
I would love to give this app a five star review, but I must be honest. The only thing I feel this app lacks on is a simple brew button. It seems like I have to jump through a few hoops before I can actually brew my coffee. That kind of beats the purpose of being able to do it from the app. The idea is that I can push this button as I'm finishing up upstairs so that my coffee's ready when I get downstairs. I just don't like having to go to so many little selections before I can do so.
Maybe a few more customizable options would eliminate some unnecessary menus on the app, for example, the kind of machine I own. His would eliminate options belonging to a different machine.
Other than the F are mentioned this app is great! Great job Netslé!
Easy!
The interface is straightforward and easy to use. No fluff and frills. Ordering is super easy.
This has nothing to do with the app but I wish Nespresso would keep items placed in the basket that weren't placed with an order. A few times I added items but didn't checkout right away. I went back later to finish the order and the basket was empty so I had to start over again.
A work in progress
The app improves with each update. Easy guide to choosing the Cru you are looking for, and the accessories. Even broken up by machine type. The remembering past orders or the offer to make something a standing order are nice features. I get a communication error message every time I use it but there has not been a corresponding problem. I, too, prefer using the app to order rather than the website.
