Bye Bye Favorite Shows
You get rid of some of my favorite shows and I stopped watching. I used to love Big Cat Dairies and still believe it is the best animal documentary out there. Now you are replacing with Disney animal documentaries for kids? It's great for kids but it does lie sometimes. Plus, animal documentaries are the most incising things I have ever watched. They are also the bloodiest shows I have ever watched too but it doesn't bother me or anyone else that I know watches animal documentaries. I also think you should add North Woods Law on Netflix.
Best original titles
Their apps and website function better than most every streaming service. Their original content is inspired and, well, original! And their selection of added shows and movies makes for a great catalog.
Using a real rating system (stars) to rate what used to be a good service.
Netflix used to be awesome. The availability of good titles began to deteriorate, then they junked a perfectly good and accurate rating system. I don't want to know what is a good match, I'll determine that on my own. I want to know what people thought without having to go to a third party to figure it out. I think I may cancel soon. Netflix, please go back to a rating system that is useful and tells me how people enjoyed what they watched.
