Great app- won't open!

Overall this is a wonderful app, and my entire family has been using it for years. The selection is astonishing, the quality is top-notch, and other than some annoyances (not having the ENDING to some shows) I've never had any problems with it. Recently I got an IPod touch 5, and naturally wanted to download Netflix. It wouldn't open, no matter what I tried, and It still isn't opening. Just that red circle spinning forever. I'm actually really surprised that there are SO MANY people with this same problem!! Please fix this! I want to watch Attack on Titan without using the TV and scaring my kid brother! what is anyone doing over there at Netflix HQ besides eating nachos and not fixing your app not loading??

Just thought of another thing-- What's up with only having season two on some shows, let alone Shows with a story? That's not an okay thing to do, a lot of those shows aren't airing anymore, and I can't watch them anywhere else.

Also taking shows away little by little until there's only three random episodes left, THEN getting rid of it?

Profiles issue needs resolution

You need a report issue on the app itself so I don't have to write a review. First I'm a big fan of many years of Netflix. However I've been having issues with the profile viewing. I have five different individual profiles. When I click on my profile it shows my picture, but it only shows my 6 year olds movies. I power cycle my iPad but it doesn't always fix the issue. It's very annoying to have to open my husbands profile to watch the movies that I want to watch versus using my own profile. We totally have two different types of interest for movies. Makes no sense in setting up profiles if you can't watch your own selected movies. Please fix this annoying technical issue.

Bug FIXES? I think not.

I am not happy with the constant, so-called "bug fixes" in this app. Every time it updates, I can never open the app, it just has that stupid pending red circle thing and a pop up message asking you to retry and saying that there was an error. So I have to turn off my phone or my iPad and turn it back on again and it's exhausting. I just want to watch my shows, not take 20 minutes to start up my devices EVERY SINGLE TIME. PLEASE FIX THIS. IT SHOULD BE THE FINAL THING YOU FIX and you should only make necessary fixes, for example, a new appearance for the app or website. And why does this app have so many "bugs" in the first place? Is it putting viruses on our devices that you're not telling us about? It must be horrible if you have to do this "update /bug fixes" thing so frequently. I'm sick and tired of this and I'm not pleased AT ALL.
