Old UI, old features, poor rating system, and bad quality control options.

Update the app please. The way the interface still looks like now is almost iOS 6 type. Quality of video options (720, 1080, etc) while connected to wifi would be very nice, some customers do not like auto quality, it is bothersome. While watching episode after episode, an automatic switchover to the next would be convenient. (a countdown/timer until it plays the next episode.) Being able to comment our opinions and give feedback in a comment section for other Netflix users to see as well as the website would also be another positive and neat feature for the next update. Instead of the 5 star ratings, a percentage of of 100% to 0% would be more accurate and flexible based on honest and unbiased ratings and opinions. With the spotlight section, you only can view 3 different ones. A couple more would also be nice. Touching up on the UI and making it more user friendly and up to date looking is a big one for me. Lastly, a section in the app where users can submit requests for new tv shows or movies that are hot/trending but not yet available would be a really nice feature as well.

I like Netflix but this app...

I am really a fan of Netflix. They get so many things right. Their original programming is top notch and the seamless cross country support is miles ahead of Prime. But this app...Is not cutting it. I don't know why the "cover art" format has been changed to tiny little boxes. They all just kind of run together now. If it wasn't bad enough slogging through all of the uninteresting garbage Netflix offers, now you can do it with cover art the size of a matchbook.
There is no reason why "my list" should be the last row of literally dozens of rows of tiny "cover art. If I put it in "my list" I want to watch it. If I want to watch it, make that easy, not hard. They should put it right under recently watched, or let you rearrange the sections your self.
The worst though is the frequent log outs. I am logged out every other day. The iPad never leaves my house. I don't understand why the filth it does that. This app really pulls down the over all quality of the Netflix experience.

My list is gone . Unhappy with new updates, please fix !!!

Currently 'my list 'does not appear when I am logged onto my Netflix account , it does not show up on both my iPhone and on my Xbox one . Also when I try and search an actors name or a certain genre or subject such as 'boxing' for example, it usually shows recommendations for movies that fit into that category of topic . But as of this week it says 'no results found ' whenever I search a topic or a name of an actor . Shows that I literally just watched last week won't even show up ,and my recently watched category has a lot fewer on the list than what it did have ..and also some shows that I watched months ago are still in the 'continue watching ' or 'recently watched' category , yet some shows that I just watched last week are not on the list . I don't know if this is a problem with a new update or if certain features have just been removed but This is very frustrating and I am not happy with these new updates if that is what this is.
