TV Shows for the win, but.....

I love Netflix and have never had any problems with the app...until now. I have been watching Hawaii Five-0 (don't judge me) and everything was going fine until I got to Season 3. The app stopped "remembering" when I left off and would randomly pick a previous episode for me to watch. Every time I logged in, I would have to find the next episode I needed. I figured it was an internet connection issue so, oftentimes, I would just turn my wifi off. But, the problem persisted. No matter where I was, what wifi I was connected to, how much data usage I had on my phone (unlimited plan but AT&T loves to slow you down after so much), etc. I also started rebooting my phone when this happened and while it would "fix" the problem, it always started up again. Next thing that started happening was I would be taken out of the show and sent back to the menu. Now (finally to the end, sorry), it's kicking me out of the app completely. I try to go back in and it tells me error. After a few times, I'll be able to get back in....only to have to search for my episode again. I'm going to delete the app and reinstall it. Hopefully that helps. But, I've also noticed the same thing happening on my son's phone. #PleaseFix #BingeWatcherHere #Thanks

Review for Commenters NOT Netflix

You people need to stop requesting for stupid things, like oh let's get VR for Netflix! That's stupid, Netflix or the show creator would have to program every show and movie like that, and that's more than 200 at least. So before putting 4 stars or 3 and you think the app is good but they don't have what you desire like a fast forward button, put 5 or what you truly think. Netflix are still trying to add new shows, fix the various bugs, and to add a new show it takes a lot of work. You need to contact the actually show creator. So give Netflix a break! (by the ways this was made by an actually user and not Netflix, so don't say "oh he's just saying that because he works for Netflix." Well guess what I'm not.

Parental controls errors

My kids are 4 and 7 years old. I checked the box for "kids" which states "12 years and below" ratings for TV shows and movies. Very clear on the ratings. TV G, TV-PG, TV Y and TV Y7. Well I keep see TV PG-13 and TV PG-14 shows. You guys have gone down hill with what you call a kids mode. I've went online and changed it on the main site several times. Same issue. Same thing on the app as well. I can't undo anything on my part because I've done my part. I would greatly appreciate it if you would fix this error. I've been dealing with this for almost a year. I've waited and no one seems to catch this. Please fix. I've also deleted the profiles and remade them several times too. I honestly cannot fix this.

For adults it's 5 Stars. Kids 2 stars because of the hassle and no one has caught the errors in almost a year.
