Updates + Glitch

First of all the star system for rates was perfect. Its how I knew what I've seen and haven't seen and I was able to put my true opinion on a show, my feedback helped the app show me what else I should watch, the thumbs up thumbs down thing, I might like a movie more than I and didn't so rate it thumbs up and its giving me things I'd never watch, I'd rather be able to rate it a three star. Not to mention everything I've rated already I had to re rate because as I said it's how I know what I have and haven't seen. So that was a dumb move. You said it was because people didn't use the star system but its not gonna change just because you made it easier, its not like they're retards they just didn't want to spend time rating the movie, which was a glitchy process in general.

But I have a complaint about a glitch. My sister and I share an account and we both keep getting half watched movies and shows on our continue watching list that neither of us have ever watched. Nobody else uses the account and I'm absolutely positive of that, please just try to fix that bug because it is extremely irritating. I don't like my continue watching being cluttered because I like finishing something before going to another thing and I can never find it with all these half watched things in my feed. Thank you.

Update please

I would also like to inform you that I have tried to download a couple seasons of CSI: Miami and I have downloaded each episode individually which took forever. After I downloaded them it said it failed and I re downloaded each of them which took 15 minutes and a few minutes later it said it failed again so I re tried. This is getting really irritating so I thought it was important to inform you about this problem. I also talked to two of my good pals and they explained that this problem effectived them as well.
Also Netflix keeps having a glitch where every time I try to watch a tvshow it will exit out of it and return to my home screen. I have reloaded the app and my iPhone several times. I have also deleted the app once and signed in and all my downloads vanished and the glitch was still appearing. I just wanted to inform you with this problem. Thank you!
Also when I go to Europe the Netflix shows and movies change which is amazing but the only problem is, is that I was watching a show there I never got to finish it so I am disappointed that I never got to watch the rest of it. Some recommendations for tv shows that most teenagers watch would be "TEEN WOLF" and " FAKING IT" also the movie "LOL"

Great app but just a few problems...

This is a great app I love to have Netflix playing in the background while I'm playing a game or if I'm just bored and there isn't anything good on TV but there is something I've noticed recently and I'm not sure if this is something with Apple or it's just Netflix but I sometimes like to take screenshots of scenes in something I'm watching and send them to my friends and I used to be able to do this from the app but lately whenever I take a screenshot of something it takes a picture of the screen but it doesn't actually capture the scene, it just takes a black picture and I've tried taking the screenshot with the interface and I get the interface over the black screen so I know it is taking a screenshot it's just blocking out the show, if this is a bug with Netflix I would appreciate it if you fixed it. Please and Thank You

Also why did you take RWBY off, it was one of my favorite shows on Netflix and I was hoping that you would add volume 3 soon but instead you did the opposite, I swear if instead of adding season 7 of MLP you remove it I will delete the app
