TV Shows for the win, but.....

I love Netflix and have never had any problems with the app...until now. I have been watching Hawaii Five-0 (don't judge me) and everything was going fine until I got to Season 3. The app stopped "remembering" when I left off and would randomly pick a previous episode for me to watch. Every time I logged in, I would have to find the next episode I needed. I figured it was an internet connection issue so, oftentimes, I would just turn my wifi off. But, the problem persisted. No matter where I was, what wifi I was connected to, how much data usage I had on my phone (unlimited plan but AT&T loves to slow you down after so much), etc. I also started rebooting my phone when this happened and while it would "fix" the problem, it always started up again. Next thing that started happening was I would be taken out of the show and sent back to the menu. Now (finally to the end, sorry), it's kicking me out of the app completely. I try to go back in and it tells me error. After a few times, I'll be able to get back in....only to have to search for my episode again. I'm going to delete the app and reinstall it. Hopefully that helps. But, I've also noticed the same thing happening on my son's phone. #PleaseFix #BingeWatcherHere #Thanks

Could Improve

The app is great, but the ratings are confusing. I assumed that the ratings were based off of what other users with similar tastes to me also like, but I guess it's an overall rating for a show, which is stupid. The best part about Netflix is that when I finish one show, I can fall into another, but that's really hard to do when I see shows like Stranger Things and Chasing Cameron equally at 5 stars. I don't want to bash Chasing Cameron; I'm sure there are people who like it, but that certainly isn't me. I did, however, love stranger things. So it's a shame that I can't trust the ratings to help me find the best entertainment for me. I know there are recommendations for other shows of the same genre, but it isn't the same. I like Voltron--a show about heroes--but not Ben 10, which is still a superhero type deal in its own right and appeals to roughly the same demographic. The appeal of a show for has to do with production quality, character development, story progression, and more, so it's equally frustrating to get recommend for something because my preferences were painted with a very broad brush.

Netflix error for Apple users

I really love this app and right now I am stuck on watching my criminal minds. Around 7 PM yesterday while I was watching my show, it cut off on me. I check to see if it was my Internet but that was not the case. I also powered off my phone and uninstall and reinstall the app. Every time I would try to play any shows on the app I was given an error with the numbers at the end stating that it could not play the title that the item was not available. I called Netflix to address the problem and they said that it something to do with Apple. I really hope that this gets fixed soon because I do not want to continue to pay for an app that I cannot use. I really love Netflix and I hope that Netflix and Apple will work together to get this problem resolved as soon as possible. Is anyone else having the same error?
