This app is only available on the App Store for iOS devices.
The NETGEAR Orbi app makes it easy and intuitive to set up and use your Orbi devices. You can quickly install and configure your Orbi network – just connect your mobile device to the default Orbi WiFi network, and the app walks you through the rest, step-by-step. The app shows the status of your devices and provides links to helpful support information related to your network.
You can also use web-based installation wizard to install the router by visiting orbilogin.net from your mobile device or a computer connected to the Orbi.

Orbi Is Spot On!
I’ll keep this review short and sweet. If you are looking for the raw speed that you pay for each month, and you are tired of the old reboot and wish your WiFi comes back up, you need Orbi. This WiFi system is hands down the best that I ever owned. It’s very reliable and true. I’ve had my system now for over six months and I haven’t had to reboot it once. My high speed internet is truly high speed. I’m paying for 200 Mbps but consistently reading 215 on the download! The features are getting better, but as one other person mentioned the parental controls could be better. Over all I give it a 5 Star because it delivers on the speed and reliability that I look for in a high end WiFi system!
Simple. Works. Done
So sick of the many diff ridiculous WiFi extenders and various gizmos and arcane set ups I’ve had to use in this house. Nothing worked well. Waste of money. But decided to buy Orbi after some research, set it up 3 months ago - zero problems since and very good WiFi on 3 floors of this stone house with many previously dead areas. Put the Orbi itself on 2nd floor, then one satellite on 3rd and one on 1st. Works. Period. In the entire house. Have not yet found a dead space.
Worthless, buggy, lazy app
I’m not normally the type to write app reviews, but felt compelled to in this case to highlight how useless the Orbi app is.
The app refuses to acknowledge the fact that I have a satellite in my setup. The web interface sees it properly, and everything works correctly, so it’s definitely a bug in the app. I have re-run the entire setup from scratch to prove that it wasn’t a fluke.
This app also allows you to configure essentially nothing of any importance. The only thing you can really do is configure security methods / keys for your primary & guest SSIDs, view a device list, update firmware (only as of very recently), and reboot the router. *That’s it*. I end up using the web interface every time I need to view or configure something, since this app does only a tiny fraction of what the system is capable of adjusting.
There’s also no iPad compatible version (it’s portrait only, low res).
I’m very surprised this app is as highly reviewed as it is, to the point that I have a feeling most of these 5-star ratings are shills.
