Better than Twitter

I started with the desktop version and was so happy this came out. It was a bit buggy at first but now I go seamlessly from desktop to the mobile app every day. I don't add new feeds on my phone so I can't comment on that aspect but I use this to track over 100 sites on a daily basis.

Thought for developers - ever thought of making this an audio enabled app so it 'speaks' the content?

Was good while it lasted -- broken on IOS 9.1

(Update, Nov 2015) Stopped working on latest IOS 9.1 version so can't use it at all)

I prefer the app on my iPad to any browser access to NetVibes for three reasons:
1) The app returns you you to the correct place in the list of news articles instead of back to page one every time in the browser versions .. Solves an annoying problem.

2) The app retains sign-on credentials, while the browser versions do not (because I set the browser to not remember passwords, a personal policy). Instant access without a sign-on is a plus, especially since I use a password manager, LastPass, that has several weaknesses on an iPad.

3) A minus, plus, or neutral point, depending on your preference, is that the app UI is the same as the reader version in a browser. To me it's a plus, because it's familiar and it works!

Completely Broken

It's always been glitchy but at least it worked. Now all feeds say "no items". It's a complete waste. Time to drop the netvibes system for something more suited for today's mobile life. Kinda stupid a system built to streamline news/feeds doesn't work on what is quickly becoming the ONLY devices used to consume them. Not a single update in over 8 months (apps only been out for 10 months) and only one tiny one after that initial release. This is a company that doesn't care.
