Netwalk for iPhone
By iPlayful, Inc.
Open iTunes to buy and download apps.
In the game of Netwalk, you are a network administrator, and someone has scrambled your network. Your job is to rotate all the pieces so that every computer is connected to the server by cables and there are no lose ends in your network. Of course, the less work you need to do to complete your network the better.
The different difficulties correspond to different sizes, with Beginner being 4x4, Medium 6x6, and Expert 6x6 with the added difficulty that connections can wrap from left to right and from top to bottom.
What's New in Version 1.1
+ options screen added (now you can turn off music)
+ smoother animations on older devices
+ bug fixes
Overall Great Logic Game
Netwalk I have found to be a great logic overall, the only that I can think of improving it maybe adding a "Help" button under Menu that can be opened while playing a level. Also I like that rabdom level generator a lot because it lets you, if you get bored with the 12 regular levels (including the paid 4 "Expert" levels), create random levels for easy, medium or expert; however for the expert random level generator you must have the 4 paid Expert levels, they cost 99C and are a in-app purchase using your Apple iTunes & Apple App Store Account.
Excellent logic game!
As some other reviewers have noted I also played this on the old Palm platform. It was a favorite game then and it's my favorite now. The graphics have been completely refreshed and the game has been optimized for iOS. The free version gets you 12 levels, 4 easy, 4 medium and 4 harder. As soon as you finish those levels you'll want to take advantage of the in-app purchase to buy the random level generator. You'll be able create your own choice of easy, medium or hard levels. I hope you'll enjoy this game as much as I do!
Great little game!
This game is simple and extremely funny - especially if you have an IT background like myself. This is the perfect game for overworked network administrators - if only managing real networks would be that easy! And even if you're not a techie - the game is great for everyone who is into simple yet challenging puzzle games.
