Ratings and Reviews
Good but doesn’t replace Greenberg
Last eater said it replaces Greenberg. Well it’s far from it but a good start. It needs to be updated, has some minor spelling errors, and is not detailed to the extent that Greenberg is, but it is still useful.
A mobile Greenburg only better
Remember when you were on-call and you got a consult from the ED on a patient and you weren't sure what to do and you quickly looked up for the case in Greenburg before you called your attending... Now you won't need Greenburg anymore. Dr. Roundy's neurosurgery survival guide will be the only reference you will need for being on call! It also has other useful information such as important surgical approaches, neuroradiology, neuropathology, etc! It certainly helps me become a better resident!
Dr. Roundy's neurosurgery reference is a welcome addition to the app world! I vividly remember as a medical student wanting a concise yet thorough neurosx reference that I could use. It didn't exist at the time. I am happy to report that THIS IS IT -- chuck full of useful reference info, beautiful illustrations, MRI stuff, trauma, procedural info, pediatrics, neuro critical care.. it's all here in an organized, accessible format.
This is perfect for medical students, PA's, NP's, nurses, etc. I think anyone that is involved in treating a neurosurgical patient should have this app, period.
