NOT an improvement...
The new layout, at least for my iPad air2, is quite clunky. I can get to some sections of the site and there's no way to return to the previous page. All accounts now show since there doesn't appear to be a way to hide inactive accounts. Also, when I schedule a payment, the new app doesn't indicate when the payment will arrive. Now, I have to schedule a payment, see when it will arrive, and, if it's not when I want it to arrive, I have to cancel the payment and redo it. This new app was designed by a team that doesn't appear to have worked out the details or had non-geeks use it first to see what issues there were/are with the app. I'm frustrated with this new app. Granted, I'm willing to own "operator error", but this app is not intuitive nor is it easy to find out how to use it. Why do tech teams think making an app more complicated is an improvement?
Just read your mail or e-mail!!!
I was having trouble with my because I never read my mail I received at home. They give you instructions and how to understand the app and it's not complicated! It's a very good update and it's easier to understand now! Now stop complaining and go thru your mail or e mail so you can stop giving the app bad ratings!!
Okay, but needs improvements
The main problem is that when I open the app and log in, the account overview doesn't load all the way. To fix this, I have to open up my checking account and then go back to the home screen so that I can see all of my accounts.
Also, the app doesn't allow me to do transfers from my account to my brother's account.
