Customer Reviews

Better than my first review

Third review and now giving 4 stars, which is 3 and 2 more stars than my original reviews a month or two ago. It doesn't crash anymore, prizes have gotten a little better and now I understand the point system a little more. Dinging Rofo a star for rolling this app out way too soon but glad they brought the new game back. With that being said, the rewards program is good if you are a loyal customer. You don't get as many points for playing the game but you can easily rack them up for every dollar you spend (like an actual rewards program). You get 1 point for each gallon of gas, 5 points for each dollar spent in the store and 5 points each day you win the game. If you filled up a 15 gallon car each week, that's 15 points, played and won the game 5 times a week, that's 25 points, and spent $12 in a week in the store, that's 60 points, which would total 100 points in a week. If you spend more $ or fill up more (or play and win the game every day), those points could accrue much faster. Still not as good as the first app, but I'm sure there were people that abused the free stuff. If you also do the gas program you get $.10 off each gallon and other stuff you get free after buying 6. All together, not a bad program. Rofo - if you're reading this, might I suggest you bring back coffee, slushies, subs etc back as prizes as well.

ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS

I used to love the Royal Farms rewards app. Not only could i get a free drink, but I would also buy gas and some extra needed stuff while I was there. But then y'all decided to GET RID OF YOUR BUSINESS by deleting the app and replacing it with an app that is nearly impossible to win a free drink heck impossible to even win a single point. By deleting the app Royal Farms lost business because now that I don't have the app to get a free drink, I'm also no longer buying gas from you, and i'm also not buying other food supply from you. So you might think getting rid of the game will bring in more money for your company buy making us pay for our drinks, but really you are losing money because now a lot of people stopped going and buying your supplies all because you got rid of an app that brought you customers. Royal Farms was my #1 choice to go because of the app. But like MANY others, we all never go to Royal farms, because it's just like any other gas station, because you deleted your reward app that brought you business. YOU PLAYED YOURSELF ROYAL FARMS. I suggest you bring back the original game if you want to bring customers back to your stops.

The "old" game ain't the same.

Ok, so they brought back the game, but you get a measly 5 points, but only if you complete the entire game. Call me dumb, but that's not quite the same as it was before the stupid chicken catching, face stuffing game was forced upon us.
I'm sure the bean counters at corporate decided that they were giving away too many points with the old game, and that added up to too many free drinks etc. But they had no way to know if those free items went to repeat customers spending hundreds of dollars. Users didn't scan their apps for other purchases.
Royal Farms - You missed the mark on this one.
