Serious issues logging in.
It works great, for a spell, then can’t even log in on the app, the rest of the time. It’s been down for weeks now and just says servers aren’t available and to try later. When is later????? It’s been weeks. Later is usually a couple hours. And the website is about as easy as trigonometry. Have to create an original, specific employer search each time or go to a job search I had created and rerun it. Doesn’t have the list of employers listed, with my preset preferences already like the app used to, when it worked.

Terrible
So I’m now going on 5 weeks now trying patiently to wait like everyone else on unemployment bc of the virus. . However 2 weeks ago was told there was an issue and someone would call me back within 72 hours. That still hasn’t happened. Has nothing to do with the app right? Not true now that no one has called me back, I’ve resorted to email. Problem is every time you go on the app to try and send an email it kicks you off. Every time. So now I’m basically unable to contact them in anyway. Ridiculous. This app is terrible, plus you can’t see anything that you actually need to see.
Worthless
Does not work. Can’t get passed the sign in screen because it crashes. Developer responds to complaints of crashing with “can you submit a mobile claim via app so we can address the issue?” No…ya dummies, if we can’t even get in to the app…how are we supposed to make a claim?!
Website crashes/gives errors too. Is anyone getting unemployment in NE if there’s no way to submit claims?!
