Customer Reviews

Arguably the most important aspect of an app like this is scoring & scoring data. When I load the app it first shows outdated scores on the matchup screen. It may take a while to refresh with current scores. BUT even when it eventually refreshes those scores, scores at the individual game level can lag what the “all match ups” screen reflected. Wait & the individual score _might_ update … but then when you view stats for the game … that might be an older score, yet again.

If you want news & headlines during the week this app if okay for that; real time / up to the minute data on game day? No way, super frustrating mix of cached data that’s often stale & unreliable.

NFL Mobile App

I own 2 iPhones, one for work which I have service with Verizon to complement the other phone's service through AT&T, since Verizon has mediocre service everywhere while AT&T has premium service but in select areas. It would be nice to use this app on both phones instead of just the Verizon one just because of a sponsorship or to be given a password to use it from a non Verizon serviced device. The broadcast also seems unnecessarily delayed at times.

Worst app I own

How can an organization as big and wealthy as the NFL not be able to design and build a decent app?!? It constantly crashes. I thought it was because I was using an old iPad but now I have a brand new iPad and iPhone and it always crashes.
It also gets stuck on pages and won't refresh. It freezes requiring a restart of the app. It lacks simple functions like player stats. The search functions are clunky and usually don't result any relevant content.
Simply pathetic. They should take the money from one morning of legal fees from Deflategate and build a decent app that would benefit the fans and not Comm. Goodell's ego!
