No refresh, no streaming, nothing

In order to stream live audio you have to be an NFL game pass holder. I can live with that, but the stats don't ever refresh. There is no way to auto refresh or even manually refresh. If you want to know the latest and greatest, you have to force quit the app then log back in.
Audio isn't live. I just heard "10 to 3" and the app says 10 to 6. So the audio isn't actually live, and it's hard to tell where the app stats are versus the audio streaming and if anything is even remotely close to what's actually going on.
Looks like the only way to watch football games is to buy cable.

A Buggy, Bad App

If you are trying to follow scores on a game day, the scores don't auto update. When you try to refresh it does nothing. You have to close the app and reopen it just to get any updates. Videos sometimes just don't play, formatting can randomly get out of whack. Worst of all, users aren't able to get this content from their favorite team app which is where they want to be. Makes ESPN app the better alternative

Thanks a bunch!

I've been using this app ever since Verizon started supporting it. I have been delighted with the service until tonight. When I opened the app it required me to update before I could use it, so I updated. Now every time I try to get the video to play I get an error message that tells me I have to close the video then try again. I tried rebooting my IPhone. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app. Nothing works. A formerly excellent app magically becomes worthless. Thanks!
