Customer Reviews

Makes me Nauseous

I like most reviewers was happy with the NFL Game
Rewind as it was and NFL Now as it was both as their separate standalone apps. While the idea of having a one stop shop for all your NFL needs in theory is a good one, whoever at the NFL is in charge of developing this app I feel has bungled this to the point of no return, which makes me believe the Ginger hammer Roger Goddell himself micromanaged this adventure as well. How hard is it to have basic things as game and individual stats and game recaps that are easily accessible? And where ate the NFL now features like classic games, Americas team, etc?? Not to mention all 22s of the archived games that were readily available? And this new package also advertises live game day audio, where is this??? We are paying good money for this and this is borderline theft for what they are charging compared to what we as consumers are getting in return. Not getting my hopes up this will be fixed in the next 9 days in time kickoff

Disgusting

I love watching football, but not on this app. Too many adds, WAY too many adds. You'll even get a 30 sec add for a ten sec video, which defeats the purpose of watching it and makes you loose patience with it all together. Don't get me wrong, this app looks good, but looks can be deceiving and don't get me started with the pricing a they charge you to watch a game on your mobile devices, calling it "a great deal," which I don't understand who will throw away hundreds of dollars away to watch a game on your mobile device where as you can watch it on your local channels (most of the time, not everyone has cable/digital TV). As again they are right, the NFL is a business company, as long as they are making the profit, they will show minimum care for the buyers. Expect nothing else from a money hungry, monopoly business.

Games pass now has rewind .. But

This app does not seem to have a setting to turn off scores. This is an advertised feature and critical to watching games already completed. With Game Rewind, I always had that option.

Also, I did not appreciate two weeks of having no Game Rewind or Game Pass access during the transition - even though I had a paid subscription. I was watching the last few games of last season, and then - oops, no games for two weeks. Very poor customer service, and i should get some kind of credit. I chatted with customer service agents and they said that they weren't being told anything about when it would be back on service. Boo.
