Game pass doesn't work. Horrible. Bloated. Terrible user experience.

This is by far the worst app I've ever tried to use. It is painfully slow. It is poorly thought out. I've wasted countless hours troubleshooting the $99 In-App Game Pass, and it STILL does not work on either my iPhone or my Apple TV. It is insanely bloated. I would bet money that the Microsoft Office team was brought in to cramb EVERY POSSIBLE aspect of the NFL into one app, and now it does nothing well. (I just want to watch games, but there is news, merch, tickets, "NFL Operations", etc. ad naseum) NFL, pick one thing, do it well, care about the experience for your fans. You need us. UPDATE: After 5 Days, I STILL have not heard back from NFL Digital "Cares" support. I got a refund for Game Pass from Apple and asked them to pull the app from the App Store. Also, the Apple TV app only offers the 2106 Season Game Pass.

Terrible

It's training camp and you have the same stories up you had a week ago....I know more is going on then you report. This app is good for general league updates but other than that there really is no use for this app. I would rather fallow my teams app or ESPN since they actually keep you updated on what your team is doing. This app just seems to be an overview of BIG events. My teams page hasn't been updated in weeks on here but the team app and ESPN hasn't stopped updating me on teams events. Unless you a BIG name team that brings in list of money for NFL don't waste your time, this app has truly been a let down. Unfortunately, NFL Network just do not seem to have as many reporters ESPN does to actually cover all the leagues teams and updates.

Necessary evil, always super buggy.

Fantastic content but the jocks and stat pundits who make the content can't seem to hire a good app developer. From crashes to video issues and now video ads with Skip Video buttons that don't work, the NFL app has every app problem that you can think of. Their advertisers are also getting the shaft because they slow load ads in a way that means accidental clicks and split-second impressions. Glad I'm not paying ad dollars on their platform! But, you can watch NFL network on it and get news straight from the horse's mouth, so it's been worth putting up with the crappy app. Just have to force quit and restart.
