Worst update ever!! Almost unusable.

It is obvious that Nike pushed a product out the door, well before it was ready, just to match the Apple Watch roll out. This latest version takes forever to load on my iPhone 6 Plus and crashed 5 times on a 4 mile run. I had to stop each time, get the phone out, rerun the app, wait for it to catch up, and then start again. It ruined the run.
The voice that reports updates during the run is broken as we well. It can only say one or two words, then there is a 5--10 second delay before it says the next word or two. Sometimes it never finishes.
I am switching to Strava until they fix this piece of crap. As an app developer myself, I would be embarrassed to be associated with this release.

Delete old version before installing new version

A few hours ago I was irate. I didn't get most of my long run logged because, first, the app wouldn't work in the background, and then the battery ran down from leaving it open.

Fortunately, as recommended on the Nike+ help app, deleting, restarting the device, and reinstalling seem to work. I've gone on a short walk, and distance was logged in the background and responses to pausing and ending were prompt. I haven't yet tested with my HRM (which also wasn't being read) but I'm hopeful it works again.

absolutely terrible

This latest iteration is absolutely awful. It crashed as soon as I opened it, then upon opening it again there was considerable lag.

I went for my daily run, and the first I noticed was there was no voiceover telling me my run has started.

When I got to my first 1km point, the voiceover would pause for a few seconds between each word, then the app crashed without me even knowing, only noticing after 20 minutes or so when I peeked into my phone and saw nothing. All that data is now not registered.

I tried several more times during the run, and it would crash periodically.

I really hope Nike can fix this, or at the very least restore the previous version until all bugs are fixed and thoroughly tested. I have over 3700km logged into Nike+ Running, and I would hate the thought of losing all that data and switching to another app.
