Great for home and traveling- love the no equipment options.

** I'd like to add that there seems to be more upper body drills now which is great. A few more ab workouts would be nice, but all in all a pretty sweet workout app. I use it at home and on the road because I don't need any equipment and can use it in a small space. Highly recommended. **
(Original review) There are some great features now. Like bring able to filter the options to what works for you. But, there aren't as many upper body drills with just a few weights like there used to be. You need more equipment for that and it's not small ( hand weights, medicine ball , that was all you needed in the past ). Hope you change the workouts to include more that use the simple inexpensive hand weights so you get a better upper body work out. One of the beauties of the original workout was you could do it at home without a gym, in a small space and for very little money. Now you have to buy more equipment and need a bigger space for lots of the upper body workouts.

By far the best workout app

I wanted to loose a few pounds. I downloaded several apps this is by far the best out there. I just finished one of the fitness plans. I noticed a difference within the first week and now I can see big difference from when I started. I can't wait to start another plan tomorrow. It was actually fun working out and the time always goes by fast. Some days are 6 minutes and other are 45 of exercise. Plus, I love how I can listen to my music at the same time. If you don't want to start a plan they have many different exercises that you can choose from. You won't regret it if you download this completely free app. My only regret is not downloading it sooner.

Great - I love this

I am a runner that has been in a rut for a while. I'm also a mom of two teens, work full time, and my husband travels. I received the Apple Watch as a birthday gift and I was unaware of the amount of possibilities. I used Nike Run and only recently looked into some cross- training. I have a six week plan that I'm using to strengthen core and arms. The workouts are tough and I enjoy the countdown and the transition time between exercises. There is a lot of variety in level of difficulty, length of workouts, and you can personalize it. I like that it's mobile enough so you can do these anywhere. It's great for motivation by providing you a schedule and tracking workouts. I'm sold.
