Found out about this app from following Carli Lloyd's Instagram account and I'm so glad I did! Love the plan feature and how it mixes up the workouts for you. Also enjoy the range of time requirements-i work crazy long hours sometimes so it's nice to get in a quick workout even if I'm already exhausted from the day, I can gives good 15 minutes and feel accomplished. Also like that the plan offers integrating running. My only complaints are that sometimes I have difficulty getting the workouts to download or to run-it seems like the app freezes or something... Not sure if this is and issue with my phone or the app but it's frustrating to set aside the time to workout and then spend 30 minutes fiddling around trying to get the video to run. Also, it would be nice to maybe have some modification suggestions for lowering impact with some of the exercises... I have bad knees so some that require a lot of jumping can strain them and I'd like to be able to modify and still feel like I'm working what the exercise is designed for

I have been working out by following this app for a year. I love it. It has everything that I need and I want. I always recommend it to my friends and family. Please look into the following tiny problem to make it a even better one: 1. The alarm for switching sides is gone, and it is a big bug to me, since I would like to focus on my practice rather than the app screen. 2. The sync between different device and running+ sometimes does work well 3. I logged in my NTC, worked out for almost 4000 minutes, then I restored my IPad, AND everything is gone, Everything is gone! Now I feel like I never work out for those 4000 minutes. But I still love it, so I registered with a new ID and started again. I do wish I could get those 4000 minutes record back though. Thanks! I have to say I love the old version more, the new app changed everything all at once, I wish it had been changed gradually.
Great App for those who like to mix it up!!
This app is the best kept secret in the App Store. I've been working out on and off for the past 15 years, the question I get asked the most by people looking to get started "is how do I find the time?" My answer to that is to make a schedule and stick to it. It can be 5 or 10 minutes a day twice a week to start. Once you have a solid base you can expand on that. The Nike+ Training App takes the guess workout out for you. It gives you a schedule and shows you EXACTLY what to do. I can't stress this enough. Move by move, step by step it's in there!!! The app even lets you reschedule workouts to stay on course in the event that things come up when your schedule to be working out. The Nike+ Training App is phenomenal and I recommend to any and everyone I run into who looking to get started on the road back to good health.
