Wish I could give it 5 stars

I have been using this app for years, and I love almost everything about it. The vast pool of workouts to help you work on your specific focus is excellent, love the videos for demonstrating exercises as well as the coaching during the workout, and the encouraging slogans and ability to earn "trophies" is really motivating.

The only downfall lies in what several other users have reported - the complete lack of flexibility when undertaking a 4 week training program. I completed one such program, but occasionally forgot to report my run, or needed to rearrange or postpone a workouts here and there. No credit is awarded for completion of a run or workout if it isn't done on the specific day the program prescribes. This is a huge oversight - please include in the next update the ability to go back and report running, and to complete a workout for credit on a day other than it is listed. Once that is done I can confidently and whole-heartedly give this app 5 stars.

Please add Edit Program ability in next version

ClickMyPic, I agree. There's nothing worse than completing a challenge and receiving zero acknowledgement for doing so at 100%. Some credit should be given when you've worked so hard, even at 84% completion. It's very discouraging. I've completed runs and forgotten to sync them. Currently there's no way to go back and edit the program. This app should be able to automatically search for runs to "sync" from Nike+ whenever I open it, even if it's the next day. Nike+ captures the date, time, and distance that a run occurs. So synchronization between apps would be quite easy. Maybe the next update could include an option to edit workout schedules and sync runs at anytime. I understand the drive towards being committed. But, "life" happens and plans change. My personal trainer works around my NTC time, occasionally. Why can't the app afford the same flexibility? I'm sure you will find a way in this next version. Thanks in advance😉

excellent “boot camp” style workout

I’ve been doing instructor led boot camp for a few years and sometimes I can’t make it to class due to my husband traveling and having 2 little kids at home. This workout is the same style exercises as boot camp, there are instructional videos that you can watch ahead of time or at the time of the exercise, and there are instructions for keeping form as you do the exercise. Overall, I LOVE this app! Even if you need to download a specific workout of video, it only takes a couple seconds. The only improvements I might want to see are 1) as part of the description of the workout, include the focus areas that will be covered and 2) improve the ending of the workout. It just comes to an abrupt stop, which is just odd. It doesn’t impact the quality of the workout but it sure would make me feel more accomplished!!
