Awesome App But

This app is great and love every thing about it. I've noticed a huge difference on my body from when I first started till now but the only thing I wish that can be changed or fix is the day situation with starting a new program. It should give the option to what days to work out and which to not so the app can work for ones schedule or it will mark as undone for that day if you done the work out on a more convenient day. The second thing that should be changed or fix is the music situation to hear a predicted song on my play list I have to skip one by one to get to the song I want to hear. It takes forever and kills time. Most apps etc are connected with pandora even 8 Tracks (my prefured music app) it should be able to connect with it. When I'm on it and get on the NTC it stops playing the music. Lastly I wish my Nike Fuel Points would connect or show with my health app on my iPhone.

Amazing concept, could be refined a lot.

I love this app so much because it's the best "personal trainer" type app out there, it has tons of variety in workouts to choose from with new ones being added, and I love that you can build programs with goals in mind. The workouts are really challenging but I feel accomplished afterwards. My biggest issue is the lack of attention to detail in the app: There's no way to make up or otherwise tweak the programs. It doesn't write to HealthKit even though the Nike+ running app does. The workouts require so many types of equipment (really? How many people have foam rollers at home?) While the videos are helpful, there are some unusual exercises that would really benefit from some included explanation.
Instead of just making it have enough features to look cool when you start, why not build up the depth of the app for the loyal people who stick to it and really want to use it well?

Challenging but flawed

I have had this app for a while now. These workouts even the "beginners" workouts are challenging. I was very sore for the first two weeks even to the point that I just didn't use the app for a while. I picked it back up again and started the "beginners" get strong program. It is challenging and I enjoy it BUT if you do not do the workout on the specific day of the week (if you do Monday's work out on Tueseday for example) it will "X" it out like you didn't do it. I mean personally I know I did follow the workout for that week but in a different order due to my schedule but it is discouraging that it won't give you credit for that. Disappointing if you want to feel a sense of achievement for your efforts. Come on Nike you have to fix this. Some people have to work.
