Better than the Kayla Itsines workout
I've been doing Nike Training for off and on a year and a half. I've never really been able to stick to going to the gym much- I hated waiting for machines or space, just the general environment- but this app is pretty fantastic at helping you keep on track and see fast improvement. Most importantly, what helps build muscle or transform your shape, whatever you're aiming for, is to "keep your body guessing" with high interval and quick changes to body positioning and activity style which is exactly what this app does. Going on two years and I still can do something different almost every day and if you look at the Kayla exercise or genuinely any fitness regime this app includes all the really effective moves while keeping things in rotation by making sure you are doing full body workout even on region-focused routines (you need to do this to actually build muscle or lose fat instead of just working on abs day in and night.) My friend does the Kayla workouts but honestly it's not as expansive as this and the videos and countdown on this app is such a huge help. The rule is 30 minutes a day of work out or a 3 mile run and if you stick to that to at least 3 to 4 days out of a week with NT you'll see results pretty fast.
This is a great App! I love working out with it. But I've had a few issues... After a 45 minute workout it only added 15 to my total minutes that scrolls at the top of the main page. Now I'm curious how many milestones I could be at given my minutes are calculated correctly. Also, in my last workout it said I had reached a milestone, then because of a different bug I deleted the app to re-download it hoping to fix a problem and it took away my milestone and says I have over 200 minutes to get it back! Also the problem I was trying to fix is where every time I open the app it mutes my volume! This is frustrating! I really love this app but it's gotten buggy. Please fix these issues. Thank you.

I LOVE THIS APP!!!! I take it anywhere, vacation, park, patio NO EXCUSES got to do it. Great motivator. I recommend this app to every woman specially when they don't know what to do, again, NO EXCUSES. From beginners to advance, your choice. Only one more thing I think would improve NTC 110% is being able to go back to a training session at any time while on a program, these workouts are scheduled to an specific day. Why not be able to go back and make up for the day one could not do a workout due to work reasons or illness. Please fix it to make it suitable according to our schedules. Continue improvement.
