This is just a simple contact viewer
The browser version of Nimble is a CRM offering with limited features beyond its touted (and outstanding) social media integration. The iPhone version is not even close; it is a simple contact viewer that allows you to view contacts and add a note or a task to a contact. But guess what? Once you have added a note/task, it will not show up on the iPhone app… And none of the past notes, tasks, emails, social media interactions, etc. are shown.
It seems that Nimble quickly tossed this app together so that they can claim to have an iPhone app.
On a side note, if you signed up with Nimble through Google Apps, Nimble will NOT let you sign into this iPhone app. You will have to delete Nimble within Google Apps, wait for at least an hour until Nimble sends you an email to reset your password and only then you will be able to access the iPhone app.
We use Nimble in our small business and have a growing team. The mobile app is a great additional to Nimble social CRM platform. I use this daily and love how it shows me the pictures of people I’ve recently contacted. Makes my day to day sales calls a breeze!
Lacking about every useful feature
This app is pretty sad. It's extremely limited and about all it shows you is a list of your contacts. What's sad is that it doesn't even allow you to access any if their contact information. Totally useless app and I'm hoping they put some effort into it very soon. It's a shame because their browser app is really amazing. I really expected more from Nimble.
