CURFEW, SPEED, AND MAINTENANCE ALERTS
Sharing your vehicle with someone who likes to push boundaries? (Our kids come to mind.) Activate the Curfew, Speed, and Boundary Alerts and get notifications if the limits you’ve set are exceeded. Turn on Maintenance Alert and you’ll be informed if a malfunction indicator light is triggered in your vehicle.

Not that great!!
I just purchased a 2017 Nissan Titan Reserve and because it was used I didn’t get to take advantage of the free services. I did some research on the Nissan connect and was like cool I’ll see how much the service is a month and for 20 bucks a month I’m not getting my money’s worth. The app need to be worked on some more it looks thrown together and most of the time things don’t sync up like it should. The only thing I think is cool is using the app to remote start my vehicle and locking the doors. But it doesn’t tell me if my doors are unlocked if I forgot to lock them that’ll be cool. The vehicle report every 30 days is stupid I should know how my vehicle doing everyday. This app and service need to be updated ASAP. Nissan charging way too much money for this service and you can’t use everything 90 % of the time.
Just need to be patient
After reading the awful reviews, I was not optimistic about this app. I too had a terrible time trying to set it up and after days of trying I considered this app a big fail. However, I decided to call the customer service # and not only were they super friendly, they helped me get this app up and working that same day. I absolutely love this app! I live in PA and can start my car after working a long night shift from the hospital. By the time I get to the parking lot, my pathfinder is warm and defrosted for me! Just be patient and utilize the customer service.
I have a 2018 Nissan Frontier Pro-4 and it has the Apps button but is not in the list of supported vehicles. I am disappointed first to see all the 1-star reviews, second is to hear that they charge $20 a month for a service that doesn’t work properly. My Subaru was a one-time payment of $75 for all the features listed under Nissans premium service and works fantastic. Unfortunately I was not offered a free trial because I bought my vehicle used. I was also disappointed to see there were no responses from Nissan to the customers.
Please change your policies and pricing for this service and you will get more happy customers and a better revenue stream. I would sign up if it was a one-time payment and the app was more stable and supported on my vehicle.
