The content of this app is excellent, If you have a serious overeating problem and have spent your life trying to lose weight, unsuccessfully, this app may be an answer to your prayers!! It is for me! It is teaching me how to have a good relationship with food and improving all aspects of my life, in the process. Thank you Doc Jenn!!!!!!!

I like the medium of it being on my phone. It makes it very convenient and personal. However, the software needs to be further developed and does not work correctly. You will waste a lot of time if you write into it. It is better to use your notes, so that you can later read it and save it.

Magnifying Glass, please


Got app for iPad precisely because of reviews for iPhone saying the print type was too small and the app does not allow you to manipulate the screen content with your fingers (a desired feature for a mobile device, BTW).
To my disappointment, even on the iPad, the type is thin and small and truly an annoyance. Speaking of annoyances, from what I could read, I also noticed there are spelling mistakes sprinkled throughout the texts of this app.
Notwithstanding the small print, I should point out that the content is very good, although it's usefulness questionable given that some people, like me, can't easily read fine lined and small print.
I have not contacted app support. I trust they read reviews. Or should.

Stop poor dieting habits


This app is really resourceful in assisting you on your journey into intuitive eating. It provides an abundant amount of resources within for you to work with. I love the food journal and hope they update it to include syncing with all devices. I recommend this to anyone looking to step into their own power and take responsibility with how their body feels rather than over eating. ++++
