Bring the old version back!

This update is STILL just as bad! I miss being able to shop right from my wish list. In fact it was so user friendly, I found myself buying items more often simply because of the convenience! When I went to an item from my wishlist, it would tell me if it was available in a store near me! In fact on my wishlist it would say underneath the items “nearby stores”. I was always more likely to buy items this way. There are just too many steps that make no sense. Now I still have to go to the item from my wishlist and then go to “see full details”. Why did it change in the first place? Shopping was made so easy before, I was buying items more than usual. At least this way my wallet will be thanking me. It’s just not user friendly any more. Nordstrom was for a short time my favorite app to shop from! And I found myself paying more attention to sales and I was more likely to buy something from Nordstrom. Now the app confuses me and makes me want to go elsewhere to make my purchase. Also I still can’t swipe through reviews, I have to open them one at a time. It’s just not convenient anymore. Also if I go to an item from my shopping bag it doesn’t bring up the full details so I can’t see if it’s available in a store nearby. I used to be able to do this right from the shopping bag. Why can’t the old version be brought back?

I miss the old version of the app

I’m not sure how or why this is an improvement. I am so disappointed in the changes with the new App, particularly no longer having the ‘For You’ section, which was almost primarily how I shopped and browsed. This is almost a deal breaker for me for frequently using the App to shop. I also don’t like the much more limited viewing of items in my Wish List — I can no longer view different photos or even larger photos of the item, which isn’t helpful at all. The whole thing feels so much more generic and limited now. One of the primary reasons that I shop so frequently on the Nordstrom App has been due to how easy and intuitive it has been for me use, and the fact that I could easily browse and check out items that already match up with my preferences and previous orders. Basically, I appreciated all of the elements that felt personalized to me, and these are all of the features that were removed. Unless some of this returns, I just don’t see shopping through the App as often. Doesn’t seem smart for Nordstrom’s business.

WHATT??? Seriously removed Touch ID as well???

The app updated a few days ago and yet it would still asked me to update. I went to sign in and got a message that it does not recognized my email/password. I tried it multiple times same message. I know my email and password very well and used it last night to sign in.
In hopes that the foolishness would be over with I clicked on forget password and changed my password and got the same ridiculous message. I went a step further and reinstalled the app. I went to the website and sign in with my new password and got in so you telling me the app that was just updated is so freaking behind time?
I said ok since you don’t recognize my email or password how about I go create another account to see where this is going. I used same email and instead of giving me a message that I already have an account with that email it gave me the same message I got at sign in.

Someone please get this BS fix because it is freaking frustrating.
