Consistently a terrible app! Latest update makes things even worse. I have tried to remain loyal to this bank and app even as they go down the tubes slowly but surely. They can’t seem to keep up with the times. It’s like they have never seen how good apps work. They are in some kind of vortex!
Touch ID doesn’t work
I enable Touch ID, enter username/password, it says we’re good. I close the app. I open the app, it says I need to enable Touch ID. Vicious cycle. It’s a convenient feature but it doesn’t work. Other than that the app works like any other online banking app.
Touch ID stopped working so I have to re-enter
Touch ID stopped working on the app so I now have to re-enter I do every time! Please hurry up and fix!!!! It works great otherwise!
