• Any Kind of Notes •
Capture almost any kind of information or idea on any page. Type with different fonts, draw with beautiful ink, shrink handwriting to fit on pages, take photos, make lists, create to-dos, and record audio. NoteSuite even links drawings and photos to nearby text, so they stay together while you edit your text.
• Complete To-do Manager •
NoteSuite makes it easy to organize everything you need to do. Capture to-dos within notes or to-do lists -- NoteSuite can show you a master list of all your to-dos, just those that need your attention today, or only to-dos associated with a particular tag or project. NoteSuite also lets you set reminders for both due dates and start dates, create sub-lists for projects, set up repeating to-dos, and much more.
• Annotate Almost Anything •
Highlight, mark up, and sign almost anything in your notebook. Annotate PDFs, photos, and web clips directly, and convert MS Office and iWork files to PDF documents safely offline so they can be annotated. Type, draw, highlight, strike-through, add comment balloons, create bookmarks, and more.
• Easy Web Clipping •
Clip articles, web pages, and PDFs to your notebook from your web browser. NoteSuite cleans up page clutter, combines multiple web pages into one article, and saves web pages as searchable notes you can read offline.
• Download and Search Documents •
Email documents to your notebook, or download them from Dropbox, Google Drive, or Box. NoteSuite can also search for text inside PDF, MS Word, PowerPoint, RTF files, and more.
• Flexible Organization •
Organize anything by folders or tags. Find almost anything with global search that instantly finds text within notes, PDFs, MS Office files, to-do lists, and more.
• Sync with Mac •
Just tap one button, and NoteSuite will sync everything in your notebook across devices automatically from that point forward. Because NoteSuite uses iCloud, you don't have to give up any private information or remember new passwords.

Best All-in-One Note app I've used so far
The title says it all, really. I've used Evernote, but can't bring myself to pay a subscription just so I can access my notes offline. NoteSuite gives me everything I need, access on all my iOS and OS X devices and pretty nearly seamless sync. I've used other text editors with Dropbox sync for note taking, and while they're nice, NoteSuite gives me formatted text, To-Dos straight from notes (great for work), the ability to handwrite notes (haven't used this feature, yet) and record audio (again, haven't used this, yet). While the app isn't universal (would really like that iPhone version), and you do pay for the iOS & OS X version separately, it's still much much less expensive than Evernote and some other apps. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the lack of an iPhone client and the fact that the window buttons (close, minimize, maximize) on the OS X version don't conform to my settings (Graphite instead of Blue). So, I have the stoplight color scheme on the NoteSuite app window while the rest of my apps are graphite. Otherwise, great app, keep up the good work, and thank you to the developer for keeping the pricing nice and low across platforms.
Notes won't "Open in another App"
Notes that you create in NoteSuite do NOT open in other apps.
User's guide states the following:
NoteSuite lets you open notes and documents stored in NoteSuite in other apps on your iPad. Your notes are automatically saved as PDFs when they are sent to the other app.
To use this feature, open the note you'd like to send to another app. Then, choose "Open In" from the Share menu, and tap on the app where you'd like the note to open.
Sounds simple. But it does not work.
Contacted web support and got this response:
[Opening Notes in another app]...will depend on what kind of document you are trying to open. If it is an open format like a PDF, then any PDF app should be appear in the list and be able to open it. However, notes you make in NoteSuite use a unique file format that only NoteSuite can open.
So, notes created in NoteSuite are note available in any other app (e.g. your printer's app, Goodreader, etc). Know this before you buy.
Also, web support contradicts the users guide. You get one star, NoteSuite. :(
Incredibly useful new app. Love it!
Brilliant app. I'm amazed at the build of this for a new app. It only has room to improve. Great organization and options, you can add handwriting to any note(not just PDFs), attach photos, import from clipboard, clip from web, set up an integrated todo system AND most importantly sync via iCloud to a Mac app. I love that every note is viewable offline with no subscriptions! I'd love a web version so I could clip stuff on my PC at work but you can email anything into NoteSuite(you have to create a gmail address specifically for this which while initially annoying in practice is very easy and clever.) I heard NS is coming to the iPhone which would be great! Great customer service too. Recommended!
