Wish this app had more bite
Seems not to many people know about this app which makes me question how seriously complaints are taken.
as a cyclist, it would be better if we could submit photo evidence against motorists who obstruct lanes or endanger other non motorists that resulted in actual fines.
Letting us do this would make the streets safer, raise revenue and empower normal citizens.
Useless Without Service Reference Number
The app does not provide a service reference number for the report. Without it, it's impossible to find out if any action has been taken to address the complaint.

This app is terrible. I am unable to make a complaint because the Captcha will not be accepted. I am typing in the correct letters, but the system is saying it is incorrect, even when I type it in all caps or all lower case.
