This app is horrible. About 3 weeks ago when i tried to log in i was told my password was incorrect, i was NOT typing the wrong password. I eventually had to have the password reset. Now i have been using my new password and its been perfectly fine untill 2 days ago, now my new password is being denied and it wont let me log in and check my balance. This happens ALL THE TIME. This was not the first time it happened. Its ridiculous you really need to fix this ap because i cant log in and check my balance when you app keeps saying my password is wrong when it isnt.
It logs me out and says there is an error after the Touch ID like twice a week. I use Touch ID just often enough where I can’t remember my info to log in. It’s a hassle to go through all my paperwork. I have logged in using he correct info and it claims that I’m not and it freezes my account. FIX THIS.
Update: it isn’t even the Touch ID or password thing anymore, it just says service failure and logs me out like once every other day. It is terrible. This needs to be FIXED.
It ok until....
After the update when I got to check my account it said I put in the wrong password when I know I type it correctly and I try to do it on the old second bank website and I got in my account on the first try. Please fix it.
