Ratings and Reviews
Terrible All Around
As a resident of the Netherlands where bikes are often stolen or damaged when left in public places, I was super excited to try out this bike sharing program. Unfortunately, it has been a bad experience from the get go. The bikes are poorly proportioned, heavy and difficult to ride, the unlocking function doesn’t work at night, and when you try to quit and get your deposit back, they do not respond to repeated requests, even after you have explicitly followed their instructions. €79 down the drain. DO NOT JOIN.
Terrible user interface and wallet system
The app’s system of transferring money from your bank account into a virtual wallet is idiotic in the sense that you cannot choose a specific amount to transfer—only the preset €5 amounts. The transfer of this money is also non-refundable. I placed €5 in my wallet to try and ride one of their bikes and wasn’t able to unlock the bike, thus giving away €5 to this company and their poor application. I would like a refund. Don’t use this app. You’re better off walking.
Concur, good app, good idea, awful bikes
This could be a really useful service if the bikes were better. 1st attempt- energy required to pedal bike was greater than walking, 2nd try after checkout realized chain was off, 3rd try lock would not unlock, 4th try hard to pedal and handlebars twisted 20degrees to left. Needs builtin 3 speed hub, lighter bike, higher seat height (l’m 5’11”) better side stand, handle bars 90degrees with front tire.
