Documenting calls and sending messages using the Office Practicum® secure message center is easier than ever. Choose what type of message you want to send: A message related to one of your patients, a patient outside of your practice, or a message with no patient at all, complete with all the familiar options from the message center. If you’re having trouble remembering the last few messages you sent, don’t worry, just open your message history in Office Practicum® Mobile and you have access to your most recent sent messages.

A picture is worth a thousand words.
Now, taking a patient’s photo ID or attaching a picture to an encounter is a breeze! First, choose how you’re going to use the picture:
Photo ID - To attach a photo ID, use our robust patient search to find your patient using any information on hand.
Encounter - Your open encounters for today are available in two lists, sick and well. To attach a picture to an encounter, find your open encounter in the list - then just take the picture to attach it to the chart.
You can watch as the picture you take appears instantly within the appropriate window!

Viewing a patient's chart has never been easier.
With Office Practicum® Mobile's new chart feature, you can view a patient's problem list, allergies, and medications. You can even cross-reference the chart look up functionality when you're writing a message about a patient in your practice!

Appointments at your fingertips.
Checking appointments for your office is now easier than ever. Simply open the Appointments screen to view your appointments for today—they are color-coded exactly like they are in Office Practicum®. Do you want to know if your co-worker can cover for you on a particular day? No problem. Just select their name and the date you want to check from the list, and instantly see what their schedule looks like.

Security is paramount.
Every precaution has been taken to make sure all protected health information stays secure, starting by never storing it on your device. Each time you launch the app you will be required to unlock it with our innovative gesture password. Lost your phone? Simply log in to Office Practicum® and disable your device to prevent unauthorized access, even with the gesture password.

Simple setup.
In order to keep information secure, the first time you start the app you need to add your device within Office Practicum®. Just follow the instructions on your device and you’re set!

You must have Office Practicum 14 and have a Patient Portal, version 1.6.

* Optimizations for iOS10.
* Enhanced the software so that the OP Mobile application allows the end users to access the Photo Library stored on their iPhone or iPad. To use this functionality, the end user:
1. Selects Pictures
2. Selects where to access the picture: Library or Camera
3. Selects what to do with the picture: Set Patient Photo ID, Attach to Encounter, or Document/Scanned Image

Note: The first time the end user attempts to access the Camera and the Photo Library from the OP Mobile application, OP Mobile requires the end user to swipe their logon again for each of these screens. OP Mobile only requires this secondary logon the first time the end user accesses the Camera and Photo Library from OP Mobile.

Resolved Issues:

* Updated the software so that, when the end user attempts to access the Appointments screen on an iPhone, OP Mobile successfully opens the Appointments screen without becoming unresponsive and without shutting down unexpectedly.
* Updated the software so that OP Mobile successfully allows the end user to attach a picture to an encounter and then to replace the attached picture with another.
* Updated the software so that, when the end user enables Clear App Data and then launches the OP Mobile application, OP Mobile prompts the end user to clear the application data and successfully does so. Also, after the end user clears the application data, OP Mobile successfully displays the pairing screen.
* Updated the software so that, when the end user sends a message and marks it as Urgent, OP Mobile indicates Yes in the Urgent field in the Message Details window.
* Updated the software so that OP Mobile allows the end user to send messages successfully to all recipient types.
* Updated the software so that, when the iPhone user taps Messages > Not OP Patient, the OP Mobile application successfully opens the Messages window and the application does not crash.
* Updated the software so that the Patient control in the Document/Scanned Image screen is disabled by default. With this update, the end user must manually enable the Patient control.
* Updated the software so that OP Mobile successfully displays the Camera selection in the Attach to Encounter and in the Document/Scanned Images screens and successfully allows the end user to take pictures in these functions and to attach a picture to an encounter.

Unable to get this app to work on my iPhone.

Very useful for taking pic to document rashes and skin conditions. However, I haven't been able to sign in since the June 6 update on my iPhone5. Hope OP and Apple figure out the issue(s) soon!!!!
