I liked the ability to sort and create your own sequence or use only your favorites. Tap to turn the card and read the instructions. The illustrations show a man and woman dressed in strange plaid circa 1930s outfits. Good information taken from the book of the same name. Lots of tips, including good hand stretches and ideas for a healthy breakfast plus spiritual quotes. Drawback are some bordering on silly, “Email Mediation Breathing” and Sun Salutation seems to try to tell too much in 2 paragraphs
I’d consider others by this producer for relaxing ideas (which have better illustrations).

Such a great app. There are 64 slides worth of thoughtful, simple tips/postures to awaken, recharge, and/or relax. I love that each time of the day is carefully thought out to achieve the desired state of mind and body. Please keep adding more to this app. There are many situations of stress in our daily lives, and this app is such an easy to use guide to a few of them (i.e. traffic). I was looking for a simple, gentle, and informal yoga routine for just after I wake up. This app well goes beyond what I was hoping for. Thanks.

I just downloaded this app and must say i already love it. I get headaches just about everyday and I also sit at a computer all day. I will try this out a few weeks and come back and update my review.... ;~}
