Pay no attention to the curmudgeonly comments in the prior review. It must be awful when you can’t find joy in an intimate, wonderful, experiential concert with performers who clearly love what they do and want to share that with their fan and their families. Great concert!!
Happy, Then Sad
I was heartbroken when I saw the warning that the original OK Go/ This American Life app wouldn't work with the next iPhone upgrade, then I was overjoyed to see this updated version was released. But then my heart sank again when I played it and found the notes are totally off. The blue wasn't too bad, but the red and yellow are painfully off key! (Haven't tried green yet.) I'm also sad the chimes sound more like a doorbell than handbells now. The first app sounded so good; it was also more responsive. Andy, if you see this and you did this upgrade, please please please fix it so it's closer to your first version. Playing along with the video has cheered me up when I'm low so many times and I'm so glad it hasn't disappeared forever, but this new 2017 version is just ... off.
