GUI enhancement and minor fixes
The app was great like 6 months ago all the stores had one bag for check out there was a BACK BUTTON... And it was seamless. Now in order to do anything on here like view an item you have to start all over on your search if it loads properly.... The factory stores are no longer included and are their own shopping bag and tracking packages is a bust... It was great when I could shop all the stores apply all the deals and have one convenient cart to manage now I've just stopped ordering from them on mobile and pretty much all together.... It's no longer a stress free experience and I don't need the added frustration with buying clothes it's frustrating enough on its own... Overall terrible update and user experience. Get it together!!!!
What the heck happened?!
I shop from the Old Navy app quite frequently. I'm a regular customer, often making purchases are frequently as every month. This recent app update is terrible - now the app is so slow, and what happened to the back button. Once I put something in my bag (or if I should happen to accidentally click on something while scrolling) I have to go all the way back to the beginning and scroll through all the things I've already seen. I would give up the easy "tap here to apply this offer" feature in favor of having a back button back. Truly the app is just frustrating now.
Horrible user experience
At first, i loved the app since I could shop at all brands and have one checkout. It has always been pretty terrible in terms of crashing and being super slow, but after the last update it's even worse. Whe n you click on an item to view, you no longer have ability to go back to previous page and basically have to start again and apply any filters you may have had. For such a huge company with multiple brands, you would think they could get their app to be top notch (which would definitely increase sales). Really need an overhaul on the app!
