Beneficial and Relaxing!

I was reluctant to try OMG. I Can Meditate! because I've tried so many that were distracting or just too hokey and I'd give them up. I decided to try this app and was pleasantly surprised. It IS expensive and it's worth every penny! You get many meditations for the price, but they really work! Once you purchase the app you can put it on all your devices. I won't be without mine! OMG. I Can Meditate! is the only meditation aide I've used that helps me to achieve success not only while I'm meditating but to focus my mind on other tasks I'm doing throughout my day. I'm also sleeping better! I haven't done that in years. I actually look forward to meditating. I'm holding less tenseness in my shoulders and jaw and nothing has helped that before. Each session is professionally led with a nice soothing voice by Lynne. There are longer and shorter sessions depending on the time you have available. I start and end each day with a session and I add onor more in if needed. To me, it was more than worth it to purchase it and I thought long and hard before I did and am so glad I did.
If you like the free version, you'll really enjoy the purchased version. It was so worth it to me. All you have to do is be willing to try. I never thought I'd be able to calm my thoughts long enough to meditate, but Lynne has helped me do that and it didn't take long. I just came with an open mind and a positive attitude and I didn't quit. Try it! You'll be glad you did!

Something about it

I have been attempting to meditate regularly for at least 5 years now. I'll do well for a few weeks and then drift off. Lately I've been trying to meditate in silence but my mind would wander far too often. I decided I needed a guided meditation. I came here, passed up a few of the really popular ones and gave this app a try. There are so many options and I actually look forward to meditation everyday. I am on the 7 day challenge and I love it. I will be purchasing the full access. Meditation gives me the mental clarity I need. When I do not meditate I feel confused and out of touch. This comes from knowing the feeling of clarity and calmness through meditation.

Easy and excellent

I have been a yogi for over 15 years with a daily practice; however, no matter which meditation practice I tried I found them difficult to stick with.
This program is so deliciously easy, intuitive, and calming. I actually look forward to doing it every morning. I even find myself wishing I were sitting for longer than 18 minutes.
It's helping me build a completely different kind of resiliency.
Her voice is both soothing and strong.
