Customer Reviews

There is no try

Like many of the poor folks using this app, my movie stopped in the middle and announced it had completed. I tried to reload and slide forward but sliding is not an option so I tapped 20sec intervals, 90% of the time it would glitch and start the movie over. I asked an attendant and was told to restart my phone. Did this and was asked to re-purchase $8 all day wifi and the $5dollar movie again. Ok have tried over 20times to get back to my spot in movie. Finally I do and a minute later it tells me my movie is over again. Southwest are you reading these reviews? How to I get ALL OF MY MONEY BACK? Not to mention the hour and a half of wasted time & battery life I spent trying to resolve this! Love this airline but this product you are selling is not up to snuff, fix it

Worked perfectly!

Worked perfectly! As soon as I put my iPad in flight mode, I turned on wifi in the settings and connected to the Southwest wifi. Then I opened the app and it took me to their page where I paid. As soon as it processed I was online. The connection was a little slow for a photo heavy app like Pinterest but I'm not complaining. I was very happy to be able to pass some time online while in flight.

Works, sort of

I downloaded this app to watch a movie on Southwest. I selected a movie on the Southwest web portal page and the app automatically launched and began playing.

Then about 45 min or so left in the movie, it stops and a message said "Your video has ended. To browse additional videos and entertainment options, please return to the entertainment portal on your device's web browser."

I went back to the web portal and replayed the movie. It started back at the beginning. But then, no matter how hard I tried, I could not return to where I left off. The spot ended up being about 8 min past the stop point.
